Lisbeth Perdomo

Chief Executive Officer

Lisbeth Perdomo is Dominican born and raised in Lawrence, MA who immigrated to the U.S at only 3 months old with her family of 4 siblings and both parents.

She majored in Vocal Performance with a minor in Liberal Arts History at Berklee College of Music and later attended Cambridge College for Business Marketing.

She has been a pillar in her community through community services such as music education for the youth.

She has helped several non-profit organizations such as Movement City and YDO (Youth Development Organization) in her city to further their community engagement and implement music education as a form of therapy and expression.

She later opened her own music studio in 2012 where she taught voice, piano, songwriting, musical theater, and music therapy.

Throughout her personal and professional career music has been her guiding force.

She always felt at peace onstage and loved how music brought everyone together.

Lisbeth not only used music as a tool to connect but also knew her audience (predominantly young Latina women, mothers, and professionals ) connected with her.

Through her experiences, skills, and time she has dedicated to the community she became a resource for her fellow young Latina professionals.

Her ability to connect the right people to the right company, organization, and/or network was her passion and she enjoyed watching those relationships, projects, events be executed because of her role in referring and or collaborating.

She realized after her postpartum journey after having her second child would lead her to her next career path.

Rocio Peña

Chief Operations Officer

Rocio is a Berklee Alumni , class of 2014 with a bachelor's in professional music. She is a Music teacher, Choir director, and is also a UM Coordinator in the Behavioral health field. She enjoys teaching music to all age groups, and also providing resources to people having difficultrs coping with their mental health. She is big on supporting women trying to Excell and creating their own business. She is excited to be part of Que Mami and is looking foward to helping and working with more women owned businesses.

Stephanie Muñoz

Art Director/ Product Manager

My name is Stephanie Munoz, I am from the culturally rich city of Lawrence MA. I am the Art Director and Product Manager for Que Mami. As the Art Director, I am responsible for curating content used for marketing and promotional marketing purposes. I will also be collaborating with talented photographers and direct, style and build sets for Que Mami photo shoots. As the product manager, I will lead the product development of Que Mami merchandise.

Aside from being a part of the Que Mami team, I am the owner of MPOZE FASHION, a multifaceted company that caters to three avenues in the fashion industry. Mpoze Fashion- women apparel e-commerce, Mpoze Styles- focuses on image consultation, styling, personal shopping and closet revamps, Mpoze Creative Productions- focuses content creation, editorial/style/product shoots.

I am a mother of a beautiful 4 year old baby girl.

Fun Fact: I hold the track record for the pentathlon and decathlon at LHS.

Diomaris Pimental

Chief Financial Officer

My name is Diomaris Pimentel, I am the Chief Financial Officer of Que Mami. I was raised in Lawrence, MA, and I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with my Bachelor’s
Degree in Finance. I am the founder of Dio’s Financial Services which is a bookkeeping company in Methuen, MA.

As the Chief Financial Officer of Que Mami, I am responsible for keeping track of the financials of the company and making sure we provide the best accounting services to our clients.
Being part of the Que Mami team has given me the opportunity to empower other women who strive to become successful entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur, I have a background in how to operate a business and maintain the financials for business. My goal as the Chief Financial Officer is to make an impact in our community and help those who need business guidance.

Alexandra Tejeda

Business Development Manager

I was born and raised in Lawrence, MA. I am the Business Development Manager for Que Mami, Inc., and in my role, I administer the contracts between Que Mami and its clients, as well as seek grants, donations, and sponsors for the organization. In my career, I work in the Human Resources field and find purpose in helping others. Being part of the Que Mami team, and what it stands for aligns with what my passion is, which is helping others.

I am a mother of two beautiful children, and am the daughter of a strong Latina woman who has persevered through many obstacles in life yet has striven to be the best role model I could have asked for. Her endless motivation and eagerness no matter the circumstances is the reason I am who I am today.
